At Complete Family Vision Care, we believe strongly in giving back to the community and caring for the eyes of all those in need. Outreach programs represent an opportunity to show the community the level of commitment we have to their community.
Dr. White is involved in the Lions Optometric Vision Clinic being on the board for years including past president. He was awarded the Melvin Jones Fellow award, the highest honor in the Lions Club International. He still volunteers at the Lions Clinic.
Boy Scouts of America
Dr. White is involved with the Boy Scouts of America, being awarded an Eagle Scout in 1977. He has stayed involved being Cubmaster to each boy in Cub Scouts. He has been involved in Boy Scouts as Troop Committee member. For the last few years he is on the Eagle Board of Review for boys applying for their Eagle Scout.
San Diego County Optometric Society
Dr. White is still involved with the San Diego County Optometric Society being past president. He is now Membership Chairman. He has been involved with Prevent Blindness being President of the local chapter. He is also involved with the Southern California College of Optometry holding many positions over the years. Currently he is Chair of the annual Fund and on the Advisory Board for the MBA Program. He is also the Southern California Representative for Vision Service Plan and on the Advisory Board for Primary Eyecare Network.
San Diego Wildfires

Dr. White is involved in his Church. He teaches Sunday school and leads a small group Bible Study. He currently is attending Bible Study Fellowship Bible Classes which is an in depth Bible study. He is in his 7th year.
